Induction and Employee Management    
 
  Issue of appointment letter to candidate selected by Client based on the recruitment process and
    receiving the acceptance letter from the candidate
  Reference checks on a few candidates made on specific request by Client
  Coordinating the induction programme for a batch of inductees
 
Completing the on boarding of the employee viz. Electronically storing resume information,
 
coordinating the opening of Bank account, issue of PF/ESI number, Personal and Medical Insurance
 
etc. as required.
 
Providing information/orientation kit to selected candidates
 
Coordinating the issue of personal kit such as ID cards, SIM cards, visiting cards, safety helmets,
 
access cards etc.
 
Coordinating the issue of joining letter with details of team leaders to whom they will report, joining
 
address and date and also receive reporting letters duly endorsed by the Team Leaders
 
Issue of letters covering transfers, promotions and increments and incentives
 
Processing separations, Coordinating exit interviews, obtaining NOC’s and issue of experience
 
certificates
