ORION is hosted and is available on the Internet. The main users will be the Client |

|
Organizations & Placement Consultants. Both will have separate log-in facilities. |
| |

Orion has comprehensive functionalities like job posting, CV database for |
| |
|
receiving and storing CVs received from Consultants, CV tracking dashboard, |
| |
|
search agents with multiple filters to shortlist,interview management, capturing and |
| |
|
storing interview remarks, remarks of References, storing and retrieving any CV etc. |
| |
|
Registered Placement Consultants (Associates) will have access to the job |
| |
|
openings posted in Orion by Meru’s Clients. |
| |
|
Associates can upload validated CVs onto Orion. CVs will be time-stamped. |
| |
|
|
