Meru has a planned selection process, central to which is the understanding the clients’ needs. A job description document as provided by the client or formulated together helps in briefing the Meru team members in zeroing down on the right resource. A shortlist of potential candidates is drawn up by Meru HR Consultants and further screening is internally done based on telephonic validation of candidates interest in the opportunity and personal interviews.

     
     
    In the event of an advertised recruitment, the process involves planning the recruitment advertisement campaign in the print, web and other media. The resumes are received, filtered, sorted and validated. A shortlist of identified candidates is drawn up and the resumes with thumb nail bio sketches are emailed across to the client. Based on client feedback, Meru HR Consultants coordinate the interview process and based on success, conduct reference checks and work with the client in negotiating and finalizing the compensation package with the selected candidate. On acceptance of the offer, Meru HR Consultants assist the client in on boarding of the candidate.
