  The module helps to create the Manpower Plan and draw up the Organisation chart using Job and Position structures. The transaction includes requisitioning and posting jobs. It enables reorganisation with new recruitment, transfers, promotions, separations etc. seamlessly integrated into this.
Recruitment
 

The module helps candidates apply for jobs in the company through the Internet in response to career postings on the web, paper advertisements/campus interviews etc. The company can retrieve, respond, shortlist, schedule interviews, set up interview panels, manage interviews, record medical fitness of the candidate, check references and select the suitable candidate.

Employee Information System
  This module inducts the employee to the company and helps in creation of the Employee Information system, which is the employee master record. The module also handles transfer, deputation, promotion, confirmation, separation and attendance issues
